Flavors could improve, but overall great products

I had no idea where my order was or if I was shipped because there was no attached UPS tracking number. Other than that everything was great.

I ordered a protein jug and it was well packaged and wrapped to secure it in the box. It was also a welcomed surprise to get free samples to give me options for the future, I like samples of the rare protein flavors allowing me to try it before I commit to buying it.

BPI offers high quality products at affordable prices and offers excellent customer service

I tried the HD protein and the best protein bars in cupcake and white chocolate pretzel flavors. The protein bars are awful. Sorry BPI, but they are difficult to eat. The flavor isn't bad, but the bar barely breaks down when you chew it. I find myself having to labor to swallow bites of the bar.

Shipped my item within 7 business days and even gave me a couple of free samples of other products. I bought their Ultra Premium Whey Protein powder in the chocolate cookie flavor and it tastes amazing! I take it everyday after my workout. Can't wait to see the difference!

excellent ordering, processing, shipping (free), fast delivery. the new years deal was incredible. the flavors i got are pretty good.

discount code from Robin Pendleton was a great incentive to buy more product
