The website was very easy to navigate. Gave complete specs on each product so you know exactly what your getting. The ISO HD protein taste great, no chalky taste & blends easy. I look forward to my protein shake every morning.

I completely recommend BPI. I usually order protein, creatine, pre-workout and bcaa's. I am on the keto diet. BPI has a line of keto products that allows me to stay in ketosis. So far everything I've tried tastes amazing.

The website makes it easy to order and explains all the products you are about to purchase. So even if your a pro that has been working out for years or a beginner can understand and navigate it.

I had to call the customer service dept. for a slight issue with my order (protective seal was opened). First I sent a Facebook message, and I received a response with in 10 minutes. They directed me to Customer Service and the team there helped out with the issue with quickness and professionalism, as for the products I use they are great. I just started the Best protein, Bcaa, and Pre Workout and all are great tasting, and help me get through a good workout! Again great products and customer service is #100%

My product took over a week to arrive.

I wanted to give this a zero, but I couldn't. I love the BPI supplements I have taken so far. LOVED them really. But the first time I decide to order online its been a long and confusing wait. It's been over a week and I have yet to receive my products. I ordered something off of amazon the same night, and got it three days after. I'll totally change my rating to a five if I get my package within the next two days.
