Box Genie is absolutely incredible! They have, by FAR, the best service I have had the pleasure of using. First of all, the design software is absolutely top notch. Most other services only really allow you upload single images that get blown up to fit the product, or you have to use a third party software, usually purchased if you want quality, and then submit a design you create in said third party software. Box Genie’s design software allows for multiple layers of designing, intuitive framework; such as symmetry lines and alignment tools, recoloring, resizing, and much more. I was surprised the software alone was free. With that said, one might expect higher prices, which as a base - Box Genie may - compared to other companies. BUT* they ALSO PRICE MATCH. this was the tipping point for me. My Box Genie representative, Adam, was more than happy to engage with me and discuss the nature and needs of my business, and within a week - we settled on an outstanding agreement for all my future business. And I’m SO glad I did. Lastly, the final products are INCREDIBLE. The box is high quality material, and the print of my design translated IMPECCABLY to the physical product. And is also very high quality in color and detail. The boxes came well packaged and very timely. They are very easy to fold and shape, and they are VERY resilient. (I sell merchandise and I pack a gooood bit in each box) I cannot stress enough how amazing Box Genie is. I would recommend to ANYONE thinking about it, and I AM recommending to all my friends and business partners; USE BOX GENIE!!!

The design and ordering process what really easy. Bailey was super responsive and kept us updated during every step of the process. We love our boxes and can't wait to start shipping orders out with them!

Easy interface and good customer service makes this my go-to for custom boxes.

Found them on the web. They were the one company that would make us the exact size custom box at a good price. Gave them a shot and was very pleased with our custom mailer boxes. My only complaint was no email updates to let you know where your box was in production. Once I reached out Box Genie customer service reached out the same day with an update. One week from start to finish, Great USA company, I will be ordering again.
