My experience with Box Genie was fantastic!! Maggie, whom I met through the Box Genie chat, was the best!! She was patient with me as I described the type of box I needed for my business. She helped me with the design and worked so hard to make everything look perfect!! I am so happy with my boxes and so pleased with the service and care I received from Box Genie. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a custom box!

I tried this company out for our church welcome boxes and just so happened to find out that they were a local company...I sent in the artwork and in less than 2 weeks had boxes in hand. We have received so many compliments on the boxes and I am so pleased with the quality. We were using plain non-branded boxes for the same price so the choice is obvious. Thank you so much!

The customer service and product are the BEST! I had Lynn Brown on the team answer every one of my questions, be available for calls and literally hand-holding my process. What's not to like!

I work for a beauty brand. I was in a need of a vendor that could turn around a project very fast. I got on the phone with Maggie McIntosh and she helped me make the project happen! Box Genie's customer service was incredible. They sent me pictures and video called to ensure we were satisfied with results, to ensure we reached our tight deadline. Product turned out amazing.
