We’ve ordered our sample boxes from Box Genie more than 6–7 times; each time, they’ve printed and delivered without issues. We’re happy with their service. Our only concern is that each order's pricing seems to be getting more expensive.

Box Genie was able to provide exactly what i needed! The digital ordering is very easy to use and i love the "What you See is What you get" portion of the website and ordering! The box design that i needed had to be very robust, easy to fold, and with custom text inside. Box Genie was able to provide all that and more. I am a true believer in "you get what you pay for". I am sure i could get below standard brown boxes, but my customers would not be as happy, and "I" would not be as happy. I have continued to buy all my "product delivery" containers from Box Genie, give them a try, i do not think you will be disappointed.

I love the boxes I ordered from Box Genie soooo much! At first, I went through the process myself of trying to work with their default box sizes but ended up doing my own custom size for a specific product I sell. I ended up needing to ask support for something and was connected to Lynn. She literally guided me through every question I had and went as far as previewing my box image. The image I uploaded at first would have come out a bit blurry and she let me know that. I didn't have the time right then to edit my design, so came back a couple days later. She was still there to help me continue! Honestly, it's just nice to be connected with the same person that you initially started with. She already knew the look I was going for. After I uploaded my second design, she said it was perfect. She couldn't have been closer to the truth if she tried! I had some shipping issues where the default settings wanted me to pay some really high fee. I asked her about that and she agreed something wasn't right. When I was finally able to order, she adjusted the shipping price to make sure I wasn't being overcharged. Then there was the waiting game. Of course, these boxes are custom made, don't expect to receive them the next day. I thinkkkk it took about 3 weeks, give or take. Absolutely acceptable. When my boxes came in, I tore that box open and was in love. It's so cool to see my logo and design on the outside and inside of these boxes. I'm really proud to send these to my customers. Makes my shipping products a lot more professional. Thank you, Lynn, for all of your help at each step and going out of your way to make sure what I was getting was perfect. Your customer service is what made me continue the buying process with Box Genie. If you're on the fence, don't be. Order now. Can you maybe get a cheaper price somewhere else, maybe? But you won't get top notch customer support anywhere else.
