Highly recommend Boxaid services. We had no wait time to connect. Kristina was so helpful and resolved our issue in a matter of minutes. Service cost was very reasonable. We will utilize their services as our "go to" in the future.

In a world where everyone seems to be looking for a quick buck, I cannot believe, in this day and age that will find people not only courteous but patient - Thank you Boxaid...thank you Kristina!!!

Boxaid is a life saver! Seemingly simple problems can bring productivity to a hault. I've spent days trying to resolve an issue. Google chat was no help because it doesn't exist anymore! Their "help center" took me in circles and to articles that didn't address my exact issue. George at Boxaid resolved it in seconds and then waited for me to check a bunch of other things to make sure I had no other questions. Simply amazing is all I can say!

They have this woman working (TODAY) there that is SOOOOO rude and unprofessional AVOID like the PLAGUE. She is demeaning, condescending. I asked repeatedly for help clearing up space on my HD and was willing to pay but she did all she could to get me off the phone. (To a hiring paying client I am guessing) When I called back after she hung up on me I got her AGAIN (Seems she was the only one answering calls) I asked for a manager to call me, No call!! When I called back to find out why she blocked my NUMBER!!!! AVOID< AVOID< AVOID home-based service agents just looking for top dollar calls like old school cab drivers.

I usually love Boxaid, but the last gal was so unwilling to try to help and went out of her way to try to push me off to someone else. I had actually followed the instructions from a previous helper and called back to continue, but the new girl was supper uninterested. I'll try a different company. Dissapointed . . .

Thank you for the feedback Lise. We listened to the call and reviewed our findings with the employee you spoke to. She did indeed make multiple recommendations to use a service that was more focused on hardware because you potentially had a failing network card. She did this because we rely on a solid Internet connection to connect to your computer to fix it in the first place. She was courteous and polite the entire 9 minutes on the phone with you and she did not charge you anything for the recommendations. Either way, we strongly believe the customer comes first at Boxaid and she should have escalated to a manager when you asked for another technician. We strive hard to make sure our customers are happy and we have created an improvement process to make sure cases like this get escalated quickly to a manager in the future. We apologize for the impression you walked away with and hope you will consider us in the future as you know we have a good service since you have used us in the past. -George
