Good experience with Boxaid. The price was very good. The service did their job. I will call them first for future needs like this one, which was a malware, not fully eradicated by Bitdefender.

John at Boxaid is amazing to work with - knowledgeable, personable, and very easy to work with. The Boxaid business model is also very easy, reliable, and provides great support. I'm very happy and will continue to use them/John whenever I need IT support.

Boxaid makes computer problems disappear without having to leave my computer at a big box store and waiting for days to get it back and sometimes without any positive results. I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for results without the hassle of tugging your computer to a computer repair store.

This is something that I never do, but cannot let this pass. I HIGHLY recommend John at Boxaid Ext 109 you will not regret it. He listens and then fixes. He is a computer genius. I have used Boxaid for many years and never presented a problem to him that he could not fix. and believe me I have had some doosy's. He is also a printed author .Try him you will not regret it if you want it right the first time.

Phil is the best. He not only fixed camera and sound issues that another remote tech service couldn't he was patient and very polite. I would recommend Boxaid to anyone needing computer fixes. Thank you
