This is my daughter’s Thanksgiving Day present. Two things to comment: 1) The pendant itself is fantastic. The blue color of the thing is so beautiful. While by chance my daughter is wearing a long black dress and she picks up the pendant – the pendant + black dress gives the synergy effect. Gorgeous. 2) There has been some logistics issue while delivering this order to me; however, deep appreciation to your Customer Support Team. They have responded my queries fast and taken swift action. One word ~ “Professional”.

Ordered a Red Aqeeq Ring on the 2nd of November and now it is the 9th of December and still have not received it. I contacted them multiple times on WhatsApp and Email but my Email is not going through to them and on Whatsapp they kept on saying that their production line was very busy. They can't keep on saying this through out the whole month. The first week is understandable but come on guys, it has been 1 month. If you can't send it, just tell me so I don't waste my time and money.

Dear Customer, We are sorry for the delay caused by an unexpected problem with the product and the density of the production line. Your product has been shipped, the tracking number was shared by email and will reach you in a very short time. We would be very happy if you update your review when you receive the product. Thank you for your understanding. Yours Sincerely Boutique Ottoman, Inc.
