I was excited! Until I never received any products or any responses. At this time I’m trying to get a refund. I don’t even what their business at all!!! I ordered product June 12,2023 it is now August 14, 2023. I have tried to send messages and emails with no responses for updates. On 4 occasions. On the website there isn’t a cancellation link. I don’t trust this company!!! customer service is horrible! I work hard for my money and will not put up with disrespect of my money period. Please if you were interested in buying. Please read the reviews before doing so.

Takes forever to receive your product and there is no communication. While I like her products there needs to be a strategic review of the companies operating procedures and communications channels because that is where the biggest issues are. Competitors will communicate and you receive your product in a week and its QUALITY is still high. I want to see success from my sister but she has to read these comments and change.

I am so disappointed!! I wanted to support my sister but nay again. I waited what felt like a decade to receive the wrong products?!! Nah!!! Unacceptable! Going back to Alicia Keys and Fenty

Ordered on June 9th only half of the ordered was delivered yesterday July 26th. 5 emails sent in total regarding the order. NO RESPONSE. EVER. The owner changed delivery times on her website. When I ordered the delivery time was 2 to 4 weeks. The owner will create a UPS label, with no intention of sending your order, timely, in full, or at all. She knows creating the shipping label stops you from getting a refund or makes it difficult. This is fraudulent behavior. I'm also concerned about using the products. They came with no instructions or ingredients listed.

If it were possible to give it less than one star, i would. Worst service ever, ordered a product more than a month and a half ago, it still has not arrived, no communication, they refuse to give me a refund. Awful experience!

How do you stop this subscription? My first subscription was on November 24, 2022, and online it stated you can cancel your subscription at any time, but I have emailed several times to discontinue my subscription and they keep charging my credit card and orders are keep coming. I do not need any more orders I just want my subscription canceled, stop charging my credit card, and stop sending orders to my house.

When I ordered the brain food on June 16 2023 it stated 7 to 14 days for delivery. Yes the money comes out instantly however is been just over 3 weeks. I hope I receive my products soon . I paid $13.47 for shipping so Im not sure what the hold up is. Please just start being honest about when products are going to be shipped and better customer service.

This company is a scam. I placed my order May 21, 2023 paid an absurd amount for shipping.. it’s July 7th. I was told my order was being placed on June 21st know no one is replying to my emails
