My errant pack and MK2 Case are amazing. Every detail on this product is well thought out. We had a few communication hiccups but CS took care of it all and I’m super happy.

Products I ordered were delivered in nice waterproof packaging. They look very premium and I’m thrilled with the quality and design functionality. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to up their carrying game!

Wow. That's such a flippant reply from Boundary. No explanation given. No effort to improve their delivery systems or customer service. It's like the delay wasn't their problem. I was hoping for something more sincere.

The product quality is very good. Packaging is efficient and presentable. I placed this order along with an accessory. The accessory notification and delivery information was amazing and delivered almost immediately. This main item however was like it seems left behind. Only when I received a survey question for the product that I replied I had not received the item. Apart from the delayed delivery all is good

Received the wrong item. Their solution for their mistake, is that I pay the shipping to return something I didn't buy.
