Slow! Asked for a refund before the bag shipped and was only given a partial. Customer service is slow to respond

Haven’t received the product yet, however the only thing I can say is the notification process of when my product shipped was a little slow would have preferred a email.

Firstly, the customer service (Tyler B.) set the bar very high with outstanding communication and just going the extra mile - for this reason alone I would recommend anyone purchase from this lovely company. Secondly, the quality of the product is just first class. Cannot fault this at all and am really very impressed and happy with my Arclite. The delivery was fast, and the packaging was very considered, even recyclable. I will most certainly be back and would suggest others get buying.

Your communication is horrible. I am a second time customer and unfortunately this will be my last purchase. I made this purchase around June and it still isn’t here 10/21and on top of that it’s taken over a week for shipping. You’d think because of all your other inadequacies you’d at least expedite the shipping. The product is good but for this price I can get a quality product anywhere with a much better company.

This bag is amazing! I have never seen such a high quality bag. I just wish that the magnetic keychain was included with the bag as it would have been extremely useful. At the time when I ordered the bad it was very expensive to ship in India so my friend who was travelling to the US got it for me. But now with Indian shipping as cheap Boundary Supply has opened doors to one of the biggest markets of the world!

What to say? the product is excellent, the service as well. Nothing to complain about, just buy if you like it.
