I will qualify my review with the negative before getting to the positive. The negative - I backed the chase pants on Kickstarter a long time ago and never received the pants. The positive - the customer service. Upon reaching out, boundary customer service told me that I could get a refund to store credit plus a bonus percentage, or I could exchange outright for an item on their website! This type of awesome customer service where they will do right by the customer regardless of the situation makes me confident to buy their products in the future, not to mention the bag I got instead of the pants was awesome as well!!!
