Optimism for a favorable outcome
Marcus LaSalle was very helpful and understanding with my situation. This situation is stressful and there are also feelings of embarrassment, hopelessness and depression. I felt I didn’t have many options so I just started the program and I admit, for the time being, I do feel better. I was skeptical about the program but I feel optimistic that things will go well and help me get out of debt.
