I don’t know who Bounce is due to being directed to Freedom Debt solutions instead.

I had previously given a review on the service received from Bounce. Katie is who helped me and everything went great as far as the onboarding, however now since Ive been onboarded. I dont understand how everything has switched over to Freedom Debt Relief. These ppl are rude, and have done nothing but brought the stress I had prior to starting back X 3 so as of now I am canceling the program before I get further into a hole and seek debt assistance elsewhere. I feel like I was misled by signing up with one company only to find out Im being enrolled with the worst debt relief company ever. If had known BOUNCE was apart of Freedom Debt Relief I would have opted out; like I am now. Its unfortunate how we as innocent ppl seek out for help and get misled in such a way. Not to mention, I had acct I noticed was missing, reached out to Katie to ask for assistance getting it added. She replied quickly setting up a time saying "yes she could help me, giving me confidence in getting this done because I was having trouble doing it with FDR customer service and explained that to her; only to be contacted by her and then handed right back over to a Freedom Debt relief agent just to go back thru the same drama I had been going thru initially. So Im over it and will take however long it takes me to get out of debt before I deal with this kind of stress and drama and having the feeling of being lied to. If I wanted to sign up with FDR I could have reached out to them directly. Bounce is obviously contracted or something with FDR Idk, but I dont appreciate feeling mislead.
