The process was simple and I had so much hesitation, but what made it easier was having someone like Sasha helping me. She helped ease my concerns and was so easy to talk to. My husband and I are just starting out in the program. We were nervous that we were not able to get help but Lauren was amazing at letting us know how the process works and what to expect. She walked us through everything and put us at ease. Life throws unexpected expenses at you and it came at us all with in a matter of months and the bills get put off and build up due to these little emergencies thank you Lauren for putting us at ease and breathe easier
