Marcus from the team is absolutely amazing!!! He cleared up all my uncertainties about the process, with such a comforting demeanor that made me feel so much better about taking this step. I walked away from different agency one day prior because of poor customer service, and now I feel fortunate (and grateful) for the decision I made in choosing Bounce. I couldn’t imagine getting any better assistance / service than what I experienced. Sincerest regards and appreciation to Marcus L.
