Misquoted items they said they would get done. Other items they quoted were horrible repairs. And they had to come back three times to fix repairs “they missed.” Almost cost a transaction for the third time using them. Will never make that mistake again.

Late, no call, unprepared (no ladder to repair roof). instead of performing installation of new vent boots, they caulked. Stated items were fixed, but weren't. If you can imagine being charged $960 to caulk 3 roof vent pipes and fill gaps in chimney mortar without scraping crumbling old mortar in the middle of a rainstorm reasonable then you must be in the business of ripping customers off. Huge mistake and the defensive attitude of the part owner of the Washington DC area was the last straw of being treated like I didn't know what I was talking about regarding the contract agreement.

ZERO STARS!!! GO ELSEWHERE FOR REPAIRS! Communication is awful. Repairs are terrible - they repaired my siding on 6/4 and by 7/19 it literally fell off.

I really liked the concept of this service-- an estimate that's easy to get off a home inspection, and an easy process for indicating what you want done. but beyond that it was hugely disappointing. they use subs, and those who came didn't even know who they were working for. one company never showed, the second came but didn't do all of the work (though i was told they did. in the end they did come back to do some of what they missed), and the third (electrical) did decent job. the people who did come didn't communicate anything directly, and i was never able to talk to anyone at punchlist who actually understood what work was being done and what it meant. again, this could be a great service if it was done properly, but as current, i'm sorry to say would strongly recommend not to use them.

Horrible Customer Service. Their website states false promises and their customer service is beyond atrocious. I emailed because I had questions about the job they were doing. (I did email on a Friday but their sub-contractors were starting work on a Saturday. If they are working on the weekends they need to be available to answer questions on weekends.) They didn't reply so I wrote again on Monday. Finally he replied but still did not answer my questions. I wrote again and he never replied. The next email I get is an invoice for $11,000. They don't respond to emails but are okay with getting their money. Their website states that they have a field manager double check all of the work. This is the main reason I went with them because of the accountably. I NEVER had anyone check the work and when I asked why not they said that they are newer in Richmond and right now their "field manager" is also the sub-contractor. They offered for him to come double check his own work. Honestly, that is laughable. I sent an email to them expressing concerns and I get an email back from David (not a phone call). He gives me no real solutions or any compensation for their poor customer service or their lies on their website. I have never written a bad review for a company before but I have also never been treated this poorly. I am so disheartened by this and I just want others to please think twice before you waste your money on a company that does not care about their customers. The only saving grace this company has is Macie, who was my initial contact that got me signed up. She should give a course in customer service to the company. They could learn a lot from her. Please use real professionals and not Punchlist. You will be doing yourself a huge favor in the long run.

Very sloppy work and I was completely surprised by the lack of quality. They don't repair issues, they cover them up (e.g. painting over vs. fixing the underlying wood issue). When I addressed concerns with the customer success manager verbally and in email, my concerns were completely avoided and overlooked. A vague email was sent back skirting the issues. I was truly surprised that they could sleep at night. This was the DC unit.

The worst experience that I’ve ever had with a handyman company. - installed different colored doorknob so they didn’t match the others in the room -installed different colored window locks so they didn’t match the others in the room - turned a bunch of pipes off to fix the pipe they were supposed to fix leaving us with worse problems that I needed others to then fix - outlet replacement was nonfunctional and they had to return to fix the wiring - window estimate was doubled, they removed window hardware without asking then held parts ransom for 2 months trying to force us to pay double the original estimate for them to be returned
