As a Realtor, I relied on PunchList to tackle the tougher jobs to fulfill the tougher items on my Home Inspection Contingency Removal Addendum lists. This has not been a "one and done" with PunchList but a continued relationship when properly coordinated, enhances my client to Realtor experience to a near flawless transition between our side and the Buyers side simply "Getting It Done!!!". Id recommend taking your Home Inspection list or a simple "Honey DO" list to PunchList to get it DONE!

You were by far the most professional and responsive person I have ever worked with and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. I unfortunately did not get your colleagues name, but he was just as impressive. That man was so nice and knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about the work he was performing and ensuring the client was satisfied with the work. I cannot tell you how refreshing this experience with the two of you was!!
