Wonderful Experience with Punchlist!
Punchlist was fantastic overall with helping quickly make repairs on our house we are selling. They worked fast and efficient! Punchlist even fixed a few small items that were not on our repair list free of charge. They were friendly, punctual and extremely flexible with our timeline. Would highly recommend to anyone buying/selling a house in need of repairs!

Excellent Professional Technician
I just wanted to let you know that the Technician Hirow (not sure of spelling of his name) who came to fix the sliding glass doors at my home o 12/20 was a great technician. He was very professional, on time, and completed the task of fixing my doors. Should I need any further help with my home, I'll be sure to contact PunchList.

Punchlist was very prompt
Punchlist was very prompt, in responses and the work they did. We needed a smaller job done quickly and they did it for a reasonable amount. Very easy to work with, and highly recommended.

Good team to work with
Very good customer service, very responsive. Follow up was very good to assist me to guide my clients through the process of navigating repairs. Buyers after closing and sellers before closing have utilized Punch List. The team working with us getting estimates and are always very professional. Once engaged to do the repairs, they have shown up when promised. I am a REALTOR; both myself and my clients have used Punch List and are pleased with the results.
