As a realtor, it is so important to have good resources for your your clients. Punch list was great! I sent them the inspection report and had itemized price list for all repairs within less than 24 hours. We used this to help us negotiate. My client ended us using punch list for all additional repairs after closing and had a great experience as well. It’s a very quick easy and effective service! I will definitley be using them again

I am living a long distance away and have been charged some very unreasanable prices. The prices on PunchList is very reasonable. It will be interesting to see how many contractors will do the work at these prices.

The person assigned to attend to our inquires was very attentive. We had a mistake of approving a repair payment which was not supposed to be done yet. So I sent them an email and in no time at all, they were able to reply and undo the action. Kudos!
