I haven't seen the report yet for estimates. But hoping its what was mentioned, this is a great service to easily get an estimate and contractors for all the work needed based on the inspection.

Jay my dedicated project coordinator and team (Field Manager Roger, Technicians Harold and Jeremy) were all outstanding! They were courteous and professional. They were all friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. I had several issues that needed to be addressed. The work was completed over a few days and the project coordinator stayed in contact to explain what was happening and who would be coming next. It certainly made my repairs so much easier to manage. I highly recommend this team to alleviate your headache of finding individual contractors!
