What a great tool to give immediate "feel" for cost of repairs needed. One of the items listed as needing repairs that we hoped to negotiate was not listed on the punchlist report, but overall I think the tool is awesome, and the bells and whistles on the tool were top notch. Thanks, PunchListUSA!

I loved the PuchListUSA estimate for the home we were buying. I would have given them 5 stars but it took them 2 days to get me the estimate back after promising to have it back the day of the inspection or the next day. Contingency periods are short and I need people to follow through on their promised timelines. Other than that, they were great.

No complaints

The report arrived quickly and was very thorough. My only complaint is that you can't modify the Punch List. If it is not on the summary of the inspection report (and noted as a major issue) you as the buyer can only "remove" items...NOT add items. This is actually a pretty big negative IMO.

Really loved the breakdown estimates for each repair. Some are a little high, like $100 to install smoke and CO detectors. I would have also liked to have had quotes for more items on the inspection. There were a few items missed and had no repair quote.

Recieved estimate under 24 hours from inspection. It was very helpful in our negotiations. I wish it would have come with recommendations for local contractors to fix the items. But over all, the report was clear and easy to navigate.
