We received a PunchList repair estimate as part of a home inspection deal we had done for the house we're looking to buy. What was so great about this repair estimate service was that we didn't have to stress ourselves out to obtain this extra helpful information! We only had to say whether we wanted it or not. With so many different things pulling our focus when it comes to buying a home, it's nice to get a quick and easily readable repair estimate to have on hand while we work with the seller on repairs needed before we fully commit to buying the house. The best thing about the repair estimate they created for us is that it provides a quick summary of the repair needed for each repair item, and then groups them into categories for easier navigation when looking at the estimate. VERY easy to read.

First of all, the turn around time was excellent. We receieved our estimate back in less than 24 hours. We found the estimates to be accurate, and the description and breakdown of the repair costs we also accurate. There were a couple repairs that will likely be more than the estimate, but only due to a larger work area than estimated. It was extremely easy to use, just click a button and wait. Excellent service as well. We received the PunchList along with our home inspection with Pillar to Post. Overall a great experience!

Estimate was completed under a few hours, gave me bullet by bullet cost estimates that coincided with the inspection. I especially appreciated the priority rating.

Mike did a terrific job inspecting our property. Mike pointed out several things we did not see on our walk-through and of course a large item that would have undoubdedly led to a major expense in the future. When considering properties in Ruidoso in the future, Mike will be our contact.
