Having our inspection report turned into a repairs quote was a very help resource in our decision making to purchase a our home. We were able to get the house inspected and receive the inspection report repairs quote before the submission date for our earnest money. So it really helped give us a sense of security and that we were well informed on the house we were purchasing and the rough cost of any future repairs that might fall on us.

The report was concise and listed all of th repairs and cost in a very clear and useful manner.

Everything went above and beyond with working with you guys. I’d definitely recommend this company

Estimates were provided against each line item on the home inspection report. Happy to get this information handed to me than finding it myself with multiple stores and online.

Excellent and thorough made first time home buying an easier process. Got an appointment within a couple days and will recommend to anybody

Quick turn around from inspection to estimate for repairs. This allowed us to negotiate with seller and meet addeendum timelines.
