This was the first time I had heard of and was able to use PunchList. The service was terrific. They picked up on every issue noted in our inspection. They even noted items that were recommended. The information on their report was very useful in making decisions on what, if anything we may ask the seller to rectify and the cost. Knowing the costs also lets us know our potential exposure if items were not remedied before closing. Excellent service so glad it was offered to us.

Karen
PunchList had estimates for us the next day. Since this is for a home we would like to purchase, the time frame was important. Also they were very thorough. They priced out something we didn’t even remember so it was great to have a second pair of eyes on the inspection report. It was extremely useful to know the price ranges we were looking at. Thank you
