Terrible customer service at the Penticton store as well as consistently out of stock for certain products. Will not return after visiting for the 4th time (and the last) to get treats. Will shop elsewhere.

Heather, the Bosley rep, was excellent. Very quickly yet with excellent interpersonal client skills she went through a lot of information very efficiently.

I purchased Bosley MD mendXtend strengthening system. The system.left my hair greasy and limp. I used it twice as per their instructions on the package. This product is an absolute waste of money. I contacted the company and they stated "that this is a first" which I find hard to believe. I defiantly won't be using Bosley products again as this is a poor quality product which is over priced and does not live up to their expectations

I had a Bosley hair transplant in March and am unhappy with the results. No real difference of the appearance of the top of my head. No one has even noticed.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The procedure was smooth. Drs were great, fun interaction. They could use singing lessons though 🤓

This was a huge waste of time and money. I would recommend choosing a different place for your hair loss issues.
