I drove to Columbus from Pittsburgh as I was impressed with what I read about Bosley as well as Dr Krenitsky. I was i. and out within 5 hrs later. It has been one year and I have perfect results. I think the attention to detail as well as the price made it an amazing experience.

Approximately 6 years ago, I went to Bosley Hair Restoration in Seattle for an eyebrow transplant. I am a female, and I was in my late-30s at that time. I had over plucked my eyebrows as a teen, and was hoping to restore and improve my eyebrows in order to minimize my maintenance on them, and improve the look of them. Going to Bosley Hair was the worst decision of my life. I wish they would've explained a lot of things to me before this procedure, but they didn't. I wish they would have taken the time to make me aware of what it could potentially have looked like, what my post-eyebrow transplant experience would or could be afterwards, but no warning at all that it would not look natural. They just took my money, and a lot of it for this procedure, and got me right in and out of their clinic as soon as possible. I spent years after expressing to Bosley how extremely displeased I am with the results, and they brushed me off, ignored me, they just didn't care, they still don't. It has been nothing but a nightmare for me since this procedure. But they got their money, so they don't care how it affected my life. Your head hair should not go on your face, it's thick, it's course, and it grows very fast, it sticks up, it sticks out, it's absolutely horrible, ridiculous, and awful, far from a natural eyebrow, and flat out embarrassing. I have spent years trying numerous types of eyebrow gels, waxes, pomades, laminations, and glues, and trimming them this way and then that way -and absolutely nothing controls these eyebrow hairs they transplanted from the back of my head. I am horrified to be out in public with them, I have become a recluse because of how my eyebrows look. If I venture outside, I will only do it with a hat and glasses, hiding behind them, even at night, I won't remove them whatsoever, much to the confusion of my friends and family. They don't understand why in the last 6 years I hide behind a hat and glasses, and rarely venture out anymore. My mental health is not what it used to be becauseof this eyebrow transplant, I feel like a shell of myself; I don't even recognize myself anymore, and haven't in so many years since this procedure. I constantly just want to hide, I can't handle anyone looking at my face even for a second, because I know all they see is the circus show of eyebrows I have going on my face. The eyebrows I originally had are no longer even there, it was all replaced by these horribly nappy, wiry, hairs that stick out in all directions and can't be controlled, They are too thick and sparse to look anything close to natural eyebrows. I stopped trying to date, and just want to be alone all the time, so that no one sees them. I struggle to even look in the mirror, because that is all I see, that is the only thing I focus on, and I cry every time I do. I have contacted them several times about this in the last few years, begging for help, being they fix this, only for them to dismiss me. No concern for what I am going through with what they did to my face. They told me there were "no guarantees" I would like them, I guess there was no guarantee they would even look like eyebrows, stupid me for thinking they would. They have completely ruined my life. They made a complete mockery of my face, and they don't care whatsoever. They are a horrible company, and I have to live with the awful mistake I made of going to them thinking they would really be able to restore or improve my eyebrows. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone, and I have learned to deal with my mental break downs from this throughout the years, but not enough, I still feel completely defeated by this experience, and completely ruined to ever live a normal life again. They have condemned me to a life of hiding my face in public out of complete and utter embarrassment of these eyebrows, it has been nearly 6 years, and I still cry daily over this, what feels like the loss of my life. Don't be fooled by their advertisements for their eyebrow transplant procedure, or their act of kindness before a procedure, they are absolutely terrible people to you once they get their money.

I had a procedure done many years ago, they didn't tell me or warn me have someone when you're going to sleep at night your scalp might get itchy and unconsciously you might itch your scalp where grafts are and scratch many grafts out while sleeping. then many years later since this occured I wanted to get the micro tattoo pixel dots in my scalp and the male representative who was very kind set up a complimentary appointment with a woman surgeon I believe in philly. I got there and the woman surgeon didn't accept the complimentary procedure of ink tattoo pixel dots on my scalp so it would look like a shaved look on top since my first procedure didn't have total thick look plus 1/3 of grafts to half got itched out. the male representative was awesome, the female surgeon I think it was in philly but not 100% sure was awful not helping me out. I've saught another hair doctor if I have any grafts left in my back area of head and they said no. I got around a 7 inch scar on the back and side of my head. I think my first procedure was around $3-4k, with my particular issue it probably would of cost $6-$8k at the time. ******JUST WARNING EVERYONE WHEN YOU GO TO SLEEP HAVE SOMEONE TO MONITOR YOU FROM SCRATCHING YOUR SCALP PREVENTING YOU FROM ITCHING OUT YOUR GRAFTS SUBCONSCIOUSLY OR UNCONSCIOUSLY. ******* Bosley did not warn me this could happen. this website review only lets me choose year 2025 or 2026, but my procedure happened like 10-15 years ago. from the first procedure I will give bosley props for trying and taking on my first procedure and helping me put in my first set of grafts. thanks
Joseph

Bosleys in Nanaimo near Woodgrove is the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I NEVER go anywhere else and highly recommend them
