First interview professional and direct to point when answering my questions. Procedure set up for a few days later. When I arrived for the procedure I was very nervous. I spoke with the surgeon, he gave me medication to calm me. The staff that separated and installed the follicles were excellent. They also help to explain the procedure and kept me calm. My first follow up was smooth, quick and easy. My 9 month check up was disappointing, I arrived 15 minutes early, I waited 1 hour and had to leave for a meeting. I passed on the 1 year meeting due to 9 month meeting experience. I still gave 5 stars because one mistake at the end, one rotten egg should not spoil it for everyone that did a great job.

Everything was good until the endless mailings phone calls, and even after asking for no more a couple of times and promised last time! I get this Bosley Sucks!!!!!!!!!

The process itself was okay - this was my 2nd procedure (both at Bosley). But I probably wish I'd never gotten the 1st one. It's no one's fault that Bosley doesn't "stop" one from balding...and I knew that going in. So, it replaces some hair (fairly well), but then other areas on your head continue to thin and go bald. Requires another procedure unless you don't mind looking ridiculous. So, I've continued to lose hair elsewhere and I'm not sure what I'll do next.

Glad I asked about how much hair I could expect. The pictures show full heads of hear, but that is after 2-3 procedures. I am glad I did it. It is not a full head of hair, but it is enough so that it isn't a drastic change to what I had. People notice, but it still looks thinning so it didn't appear fake. Doctor did a great job with the hair line and it looks and feels natural. I may go back for a second procedure, but feel good with what I have now.

If you want to feel better about your hair loss Bosley can really help you. I believe they are the best at what they do. You will see a big difference after about a year and you will be happy you did something about your hair loss.

This my second procedure with Bosley, and I have already recommended Dr. Pauls and staff to my brother and a work colleague. I believe the attention to detail resulted in minimal pain, speedy recovery after the 8th day no one could tell I had the procedure done. I am anxiously awaiting for the follicles to regrow and sure I will be even more satisfied. I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend this procedure and staff.

Very professional staff. Too early to determine results, but, aM optimistic.
