I love the leather and the design of my Bosca ladies wallet. The problem is that it is so small and so tight - I was assured it will stretch some with time. Now it's 9 months later and I need pliers to try to pull out a plastic cc or id and forget paper! Also, the snap won't stay snapped and I would never put money in it because it doesn't stay closed. I would never purchase again unless you don't mind carrying pliers with you and no cash!

I suppose this is a review of their customer service, not their product. I signed up for their emails and received a one-use 10% discount code. I had filled in the code for my purchase and had chosen free shipping. I decided to upgrade my shipping, pressed the Back button and the code disappeared, along with my ability to apply it on later attempts. This could have been easily remedied after I contacted them about the problem, but after several attempts they have never responded, let alone sent a replacement new-customer code. I am discouraged and thinking that if I were to make a purchase and had a problem with it, they would be equally unresponsive.

I had read many good reviews about the quality and durability of their wallets before purchasing, however two days into using it, the leather was scratched and damaged very easily. It was a gift for Valentines Day, now two months later i think I’ll have to look for a new wallet.

Wallet is very nice. I've had this 6 credit card model for 30 years. Probably 8 in total. My BIG problem is the wallet and all if their stuff is made in..... CHINA!!!!! They sold out their local Ohioans. Website still looks like it's made here. It ain't! Also despite Chinese slave wages they haven't lowered the price a cent. $80!! I've looked up kits to make wallets and may go that route in the future. So sorry Bosca it's ciao from me. (That's goobye in Italian.) Sorry I don't know it in Chinese

Our Italian leather is hand stained using our personally created technique with artisans we have worked with for many years located in Italy. The leather is the basis of our product and we highly believe and stand behind our Italian leather. Our hand-stained leather is then shipped from Italy to our factories in various locations for cutting and sewing. Our factories are audited and part of this audit process ensures that employees are paid a fair wage.

I was trying to find a coin purse that I had bought in the past made out of old leather but nobody wanted to help me after all the business I had given to Bosca. I love the Bosca line but the customer service was horrible. Robert W. Adams

The wallet was great quality! But... my husband, whom I gifted it to, complained that it was too large and after a month of use (trying to get used it) bought himself a different wallet. Now we are stuck with an expensive wallet that we don't use.

We are sorry your husband is not happy with the size of the wallet. We do offer different sizes and would have been happy to exchange the unused wallet for a different style that would have fit his needs. Unfortunately our return policy does require the return to be within 30 days of purchase and for unused product only.

The products are 5-Star. Sadly, customer service is not. In January 2019, wrote a letter asking if a product would be located. To date (May 2019), I have not received a response. Also, I had to return a product and it took a month for the refund to be credited to my credit card. I had a Bosca wallet for 20 years which I loved. It was stolen and I tried to replace it. Customer service was disappointing. I now carry a Coach wallet.
