We offer several different types of leather that can affect the dexterity of the leather. Perhaps the leathers are different between your purchases. You can always call our customer service department and they would be happy to walk you through these differences when choosing a wallet.

I am so sorry that you feel that you are not receiving the same quality product. However, our calendar refills are a specific dimension to fit into our leather agendas which the size has not changed. We did offer different agenda sizes, however we are only able to offer refills for one size now (8 in x 5 in). Perhaps, the leather agenda you purchased is larger than the refill size. If this is the case, our customer service representative can direct you to an outside company to purchase the proper size.

I do show that you placed an order which shipped the next day. I apologize that you believe our emails are excessive. We send out one to two emails a week to our customers that have signed up. Our Italian leather is hand stained using our personally created technique with artisans we have worked with for many years located in Italy. The leather is the basis of our product and we highly believe and stand behind our Italian leather. Our hand-stained leather is then shipped from Italy to our factories in various locations for cutting and sewing.

Thank you for the request to add Apple Pay. There are many factors in adding a new payment method but we will look at the ability for us to add this to our payment options.
