I ordered 2 belts
I ordered 2 belts. One the buckle was not completely sewed closed therefore belt was unusable. 2nd belt I ordered a size 40 ( all (7) of my old Bosca belts are 36-38) the belt like 2 inches meeting end to end. This is 2nd time this has happened on the belt being sized wrong. The last order I gave as a present instead of returning.

I am so sorry that the belt size did not meet your expectations. We are looking into this issue and trying to determine why the belts are not sized correctly. If you could provide your order numbers it would be very helpful in correcting this issue.

Disappointing Return Process
I returned a briefcase and purchased another one which I monogrammed, and though I sent the original one back unharmed, they claimed there was a scratch on it and would not accept it. I never even took the original briefcase out of the dust bag and packing box. Now I am out 2 briefcases and am extremely disappointed in the customer service at Bosca. They would not do anything to help. I have been a lifelong Bosca accessories customer but that ends here.

It is our policy that only pieces in new, unused condition may be returned. We did review the orders you placed for both briefcases and saw that each order was shipped to different recipients. We also reviewed our documentation for the briefcase that was returned and believe we were in line with our policy. However, we do not want you to be unhappy and if you contact us directly, we can try to work out a compromise.
