Best customer support i have ever dealt with. Im a student so qualified for the student discount, i messed up one of the steps simply meaning Boris FX needed to approve it on their end. In under 24 hours i had a response kindly saying that they sent the payment link. I paid instantly and in under 2 minutes they had replied with my lciense and a follow up email with free tutorials and guides. Best customer support i have dealt with. In the past id reached out and are very informative and yeah! Monthly subscription being £170 a month for the suite, for a studnet thats crazy high but the software is worht that, so the student disocunt making it £4?!?! Like thats an insane disocunt and such an amazing discount when you add the costs of software (as boris fx is a plugin, yous still need your software). I use Adobe Creative Cloud so the cost of that (i use premier pro), Epidemic sounds on top this is an amazing deal for aspiring content cretaors, or in my case a freelance video editor!
