Absolute garbage avoid! Order took ages to arrive. Had to contact them to chase for tracking details. In fairness the MD threw a freebie in to apologise but when they arrived broke foil and one of the large cylinders empty! The ones that actually have O2 in are ok at best. Not wortht hassle. I won't buy again.

I have sent numerous emails cause i didn't get my order and they have not answer my emails. Im from finland so maybe they can't deliver it but i want my money back...not so good customer service in my opinion..i hope they answer its been like a month now...

I did call the company and spoke with a company rep. She was very polite and informed me that I could find the no flying law on their website, which I did. However, as a former senior advertising/marketing executive, I found the verbiage on the Amazon site to be flowery and not very informative. And again, no mention that this product is banned on all airlines. Guess I’ll have to walk or drive from Connecticut to the high Rockies. Case closed.

We are fairly limited with the amount of information we can include on our Amazon listings. There is a questions section on every Amazon listing right above where the customer reviews are. There are multiple answers to questions regarding whether or not Boost Oxygen is allowed on airplanes on those Amazon listings. And like you also mentioned, we have it on our FAQ page on our website. You could have also either given us a call, sent us an email or even sent a message to any of the 3rd party sellers on Amazon and they would have provided you with the information you were looking for. Again, we are very limited to the amount of information we can include on our Amazon listings. That's why most of it is highlighting product benefits, how to use the product, the size of the cans, etc. When customers usually inquire about this - we advise them that it's not allowed on airplanes. Many of those customers will usually elect to either place an order and ship it to where they plan on staying (we can only ship ground) or they use the store locator on our site to find retailers in that area that carry Boost. Again, we are very limited with the amount of information we can have on our Amazon listings. Our website is the best place to find more specific information about any sort of restrictions on the product itself. There's no need to mock the information we have on our Amazon listings. Seems like its a sister brother company that blame different people I was very interested until I started reading reviews and the new reviews turned me away it's sad how there's so many scams in the world these days smh

Hello Steven, We have multiple international partners that sell Boost Oxygen. This website is for Boost Oxygen LLC, a US based manufacturer and distributor of the product Boost Oxygen. The reviews in questions were customers ordering from one of our international partners and we have already forwarded them the customers' information. We're not sure why you would come to our site and leave us a 3 star review without even purchasing or trying one of our products. We are not running a scam. To be completely honest, I was skeptical at first. Hiking at higher altitudes often leaves me short of breath. However, after using 2-3 pumps of this oxygen product, I felt an immediate difference. I was energized and ready to continue. I highly recommend this product!

Bought few cans on April 3rd, didn't receive anything and couldn't reach them after multiple attempts. Left a review here so they contacted me telling me their "shipping partner" had "lost" the package so they're sending a new one. This was also a month ago and I still haven't received anything and can't get in touch with them. This is an unreliable and mismanaged company. Feels like an exit scam. PS. They replied to my original review saying that it's not their fault because I ordered from "shop.boostoxygen.com" and it's a different site, even though it literally is the same domain so even though the company responding to these reviews is technically a different company than the distributor for "shop.boostoxygen.com" this review is right at home here since I did order from boostoxygen.com subdomain.

Shop.Boostoxygen.com is one of our international partners. We do not have visibility to the orders that are placed on that site. Yes they use our domain because they are one of our partners but again, we do not fulfill or ship those orders. Boostoxygen.com handles US orders only.
