Hello Steven, We have multiple international partners that sell Boost Oxygen. This website is for Boost Oxygen LLC, a US based manufacturer and distributor of the product Boost Oxygen. If you subscribe to the service, you will receive whichever pack you ordered once every month. All of our canisters contain 95% pure aviators breathing oxygen. The other 5% is ambient air. The purpose of our product is to make recreational oxygen more accessible to the general public. If you wanted to purchase an oxygen tank or an oxygen concentrator, you would need a prescription from your doctor and it could get very expensive. We're sorry to hear that John. Usually when our customers are winded from physical activities they will take anywhere from three to five inhalations at a time. That's what we usually recommend to our customers. Taking just one inhalation may work for some people, but in most cases it does not. We hope that you find this information helpful.
