We have a large number of customers who use our products for different reasons. People will use it to combat altitude sickness in higher altitude areas, to recover from aerobic performance (running, working out, etc.) and to help catch their breath. There are many uses for supplemental oxygen and it has been around long before our company was founded. Our customers are not stupid. You should take some time to read through the reviews and see for yourself what our customers are using the product for and how it has helped them. Oxygen is a gas and has very little weight so you're not going to feel anything from shaking the can around. All of our products are lightweight because of this. We are not sure when you tried to call but we are closed on the weekends and we were closed this past Monday due to the holiday. We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
