I can’t say enough good things about Booming Bookkeeping! I learned not only all aspects of bookkeeping, but also best practices for starting my own business. I completed my bookkeeping training with them in January of 2025, and my business was up and running by the end of February. I landed my first client in April of 2025, and utilized their valuable support throughout my first year. Starting a bookkeeping business comes with a LOT of questions, and having a trusted resource to turn to along the way made such a difference. Their training gave me a strong foundation, but their continued support, guidance, and real-world knowledge helped me build and grow my business with confidence. Even as I gained experience, it was reassuring to know I had somewhere to go when I ran into something new or simply needed another perspective. More Than Just a Bookkeeping Program I have been a part of the Booming Bookkeeping Program for over a year now, and I can honestly say that it has played an important role in helping me build the confidence and knowledge I needed to start my bookkeeping business. I really like how the program is laid out and how much information and training is available, but one of the most valuable parts for me has been the community. The Facebook group is filled with other bookkeepers who are willing to share their experiences, ask questions, and help one another. The coaches are also always there to answer questions—not only about the program, but about situations that come up when working in clients' books. What I appreciate most is that they don't always just give you the answer. Many times, they ask questions that make you stop and think through the situation yourself. As a former educator, I know how valuable that type of learning can be. It has helped me better understand the why behind bookkeeping instead of simply memorizing what to do. When I first started, one of my biggest fears was wondering whether I would know enough when I finally got my first client. Over time, I've learned that I don't have to know every answer. I need a strong foundation, good resources, and a community I can turn to when I encounter something new. After more than a year of learning, practicing, asking LOTS of questions, and building my business, I recently signed my very first bookkeeping client! 🎉 That was a huge milestone for me, and I finally feel ready and confident to put everything I've learned into practice. I'm very thankful for the coaches and the entire Booming Bookkeeping Community. Building a business can sometimes feel like you're doing everything on your own, but with this program, I've always felt like I have a village behind me. ❤️

This was a really good experience because, like any course, things can be a little questionable but it was a very clear and concise layout of the program, highly organized. I literally just followed each step of the program on every module and it all worked out fantastically and it continues to grow.

I found Bill's 5 day challenge when scrolling Facebook one day. Figured it looked interesting and was actually in the midst of trying to find a different financial path to take in life. The challenge really resonated with me in showing that bookkeeping is something I could be passionate about! The challenge was informative and gave a pretty good sneak peak into what we were looking at as far as being a bookkeeper goes. I got into the program and geeze. It did not disappoint. Education is detailed and laid out in a way that I feel anybody can understand and it doesn't feel empty. I've taken other courses for different things and it seems like they give you JUST enough information to make it seem like they're not trying to scam you. That's not the case here at all. The Booming Bookkeeping course literally holds your hand from starting your business through working with your clients. They guide you through learning what you'll be doing, getting certified, setting up your quickbooks account & teaching you everything there is to know, to marketing your business, a consultation script, the templates for engagement, and proposals. They teach you funnel pages, Facebook advertising, content creation(eBook & Training video). Frankly it's insane. AND you're in the most supportive Facebook group to ever exist. You have coaches who answer questions in minutes, bookkeeping veterans there to also assist. People hype each other up and give feedback. Bill's team has an email specifically setup up for your support where coaches will walk you through the steps you need to be successful. I personally landed my first client organically from a cold call off of my Google page listing. I could make this review twice as long but I'm not writing a story here. Each member of the staff that I've interacted with have been very friendly, professional, and responsive to my questions and concerns. It's obvious they are well informed and enjoy assisting students in making their learning experience impactful and successful.

The free five day overview of how you can become a bookkeeper was both encouraging and reality based. I have moved into the paid mentorship program based on the trust that was generated by experiencing the free program. The company is very responsive to emails sent asking for help. If you are interested in finding out if bookkeeping is a fit for your future, this is an excellent try-it-on option. I’m delighted with the mentorship option and how everything is laid out step-by-step.

There are 5-day free webinars, 1.5 hours each. On the 4th day you find out it's $5k to continue after the 5th webinar. For the unemployed, that amount is not possible.
