I have a gift card for books a million that I’ve been trying to use since Christmas, but the books are so expensive. The books that I’ve been needing for my book club have been double the price than Amazon. So I’ve been purchasing my books on Amazon. Looks like I’m just going to have to find something on clearance just to use my gift card.

Pre ordered an item and waited two months for only to see my order was canceled. Support's excuse was they over-ordered, and the item is no longer being sold. I PAID for it months in advance!!!! And they did NOTHING to rectify the problem!!!!

Never pay 2nd day air. 4 days later, during the week, order hasn't shipped. I will never order form them again. Amazon for the win!

Our local store in Wilmington, NC took out the coffee shop and seating around their store. Not going back. It's pretty clear from the parking lot their demise is on the horizon.

I've found that people who work in bookstores LOVE working in bookstores. Not today. Not this location.
