I ordered some books that I couldn't find elsewhere and received an email that they were on their way with a bogus tracking number. I have not gotten a response. I am feeling very concerned after reading these reviews. I will be contacting my charge card and will not be paying for these books. Meanwhile they are filling my inbox with emails asking me to give them more service!

I made a $170+ purchase for their Buy 2 get 1 Manga sale. They ship it out into 4-5 boxes. I recieved my first shipment today and it states that there were 7 books in the box but only one was inside. I am reading that this happens to a lot and I don't think that they will send me the other 6 boxes that were supposed to be in the box. Kind of mad because I spent so much money on a company that has a bajillion bad reviews. I should've done my research. Also sad thing is that some of the books that didn't come in were Christmas presents.

I haven't received my books ether and there tracking link is a joke. Im going to my bank pnc and reporting that there a fradult company. Also has anyone ever thought about contacting an attorney? I'm thinking there's a lawsuit here with all these complaints. This company should be shut down

I ordered a book and 4 Funko Pops that were a pre-order back in September 2020. I received the book quickly. A couple of weeks ago I get a message that 3 of the 4 have shipped and the one was not available. The tracking link doesn't work and their website has no chat feature that I could find. My package arrived at a post office an hour away and hasn't moved in two weeks. I then get a follow up email that my package arrived back at their warehouse and they would try to refund me. I tried to call and email multiple times with no answer. I tried to log into my account and had to reset my password multiple times thinking it was me....it wasn't. That doesn't work either. I just received a credit back in my bank account so I am happy that I can wipe my hands of this horrendous company.

Joining the ranks of people who order a book and never got it. E-receipt said “back ordered.” Tried to log in to cancel the order but can’t do so. Has anyone ever ordered a book from this company and received it? Why are they still in business?

I ordered an audiobook, couldn't download it, they won't refund my money. Gave them $27. For absolutly nothing but frustration. I would give negative stars if I could, for thievery. When there is a class action lawsuit against this company, I want in on it.

Ordered a hard to find book and it was a backorder I waited 2 months for. It finally "shipped" but never was delivered. Navigating their website and logging in to my account was a hassle and their tracking link did not work. Put in my tracking number in USPS and it shows they only created a label but nothing was ever mailed out. So frustrating.

Their buy back books option is a complete joke. I had a book that was a day old and published in July 2020 and 2 others that they took to rip me off. I only received a whopping $2.05. They are completely ridiculous and I will definitely be going to Barnes & Noble from now on, and donating books to Goodwill instead.
