Books a Million sucks! No communication! Horrible Customer Service! Ordered a book that showed it was available. Immediately got an e-mail that said it was backordered. I waited two weeks and never heard anything more. I sent an e-mail asking what the status of the book was because I was going to order it somewhere else. Never received a response! Got a bounce back e-mail. I sent another e-mail from their site and asked them to cancel the order. Within two days they sent me an e-mail that the book was on it's way to me! Unbelievable! Horrible Place! Don't Use!!!

I pre-ordered a book on January 9, 2021. The publication date was February 2, 2021. It is now February 6 and the website says the book is "unavailable". I don't know if the book is not available now, or will never be available. I have sent 5 emails with no response. Went on live Chat and the representative was not helpful, some would say rude.

Ordered 3 books a week ago with expedited shipping and still says pending. Cant cancel order no response from customer service!

Ordered for 160ish pre xmas, never arrived. They cancelled 2 months later and re-listed the item at $214.99. What a horrible company. Also, any emails you send or customer service response takes them an entire month. It doesn't take a month to reply to an email. Never using this garbage site again.

i ordered a rare set of manga on december 28th 2020 while the website said they were in-stock and ready to be delivered. on new year’s eve i was told my order was back ordered and it would take 2-4 weeks for them to ship. i was okay with waiting but then things came up and i decided to cancel my order because the company had not yet charged my card. i couldn’t even log into the website to access my account at first, but after figuring that out i was told that i was unable to cancel my order as it was pending. i emailed customer support about the matter on january 4th asking to cancel, and they did not cancel my order until january 25th- 4 weeks after i had paid. their customer service is a joke.

Wish i had looked at reviews first. They had the same vinyl listed for 2 different prices, sent them an inquiry as why and got no response. Shoulda paid more attention to that. Ordered one anyway and they sent a non-working link for tracking. It's been a month and I've sent several emails asking what is going on. No response...

Be careful! They false advertise books as “in stock” and then make you wait months to get it because they don’t have it. They also use a sketchy system for their “buy two get one” where they don’t just take a couple bucks off of each book to give you the discount instead of just giving you one book free, that way they can charge me for my “free book” once they decide to ship it out months later. I buy books daily, and mostly online, but their customer support is so unhelpful that they’ve officially lost my business in their online store.
