I am writing to leave a formal review regarding my experience with Book Publishing Legacy. As an author already published on Amazon, I initially sought their services for my project. While they provided some editing and created a website, several serious concerns arose during our professional relationship. Without my prior knowledge, they changed the ISBN for my book. Furthermore, when I requested the hosting information for my website and full control over the email accounts they created for me, the communication became difficult. It appeared that the company wanted to maintain total control over my digital assets. When I asked for my login credentials and passwords, they seemed to become upset and ultimately decided to part ways with me while still holding my information. I believe it is important to share this concern, as a reputable business should not withhold access to a client's own information or make significant changes to a publication without clear communication.
