I hired Book Publishing Legacy to make a trailer for my book, and honestly Im really happy with how it turned out. they did a great job, and final video came out really nice, I wanted something that would grab people's attention and make interested in my book. I'm happy with the result, the entire process was pretty smooth and i didn't have any issues working with them. I'm glad I decided to get the trailer made, and I'm looking forward to sharing it with more audience. Overall, it was a good experience.

Hi BPL, My experience with your team has been really good so far. I started with their book writing service, and while the writing was in progress, they were also working on the formatting of my book. I Liked that they managed both things side by side which helped save time and keep the entire process moving smoothly. Once my book was completed they offered me a book cover design with four different variations. This was the nice touch because i had different options to choose from, and it made it easier to decide which cover suited my book. after that, they helped me get my book published, and now they are also working on marketing it on amazon. I wanted support beyond just getting my book published, so having their team help with marketing as well. I also got my author website made through them, which was another big plus for me. Honestly, what i like most about book publishing legacy is that they provide almost everything an author needs in one place. From writing and formatting to cover design, publishing, marketing, and my website development, I didn't have to run around looking for different companies for every service. As an author, managing all these things on your own can be overwhelming, especially if you are new to the publishing industry. Having one team to help with different stages makes things a lot easier. I am writing to leave a formal review regarding my experience with Book Publishing Legacy. As an author already published on Amazon, I initially sought their services for my project. While they provided some editing and created a website, several serious concerns arose during our professional relationship. Without my prior knowledge, they changed the ISBN for my book. Furthermore, when I requested the hosting information for my website and full control over the email accounts they created for me, the communication became difficult. It appeared that the company wanted to maintain total control over my digital assets. When I asked for my login credentials and passwords, they seemed to become upset and ultimately decided to part ways with me while still holding my information. I believe it is important to share this concern, as a reputable business should not withhold access to a client's own information or make significant changes to a publication without clear communication.

I'm impressed with this company, Karen, the Project Mgr and the Team that is working on my book. They turned my emotional, personal true story into the reality that will help many. The book cover by the Design Team was exceptional! As I continue to write books, they will be my publisher because of their honesty in everything that is promised.

I signed a contract with this company to self-publish my book, and one of the services clearly included in that contract was copyright registration. During the process, while submitting my manuscript and working with their team, I asked multiple times about the information about the copyright included in the contract. But each time, I was either ignored, given vague responses, or the question was bypassed entirely. Eventually, I was told that because of the high value of my manuscript, I would need a “stronger” copyright (supposedly more secure) and that it would normally cost $1,000. However, they said they’d accept $300 from me instead, framing it as a discount. At that point, they also told me that the original copyright included in my contract had already been canceled, WITHOUT EVER asking my permission! After I paid the additional $300, I received no receipt referencing the new copyright, no contract addendum, no registration name, and no clear communication about what had changed. Nothing was documented about the cancellation of the original copyright or the details of the upgraded one I was charged extra for. Since then, over a month has passed. I’ve repeatedly followed up to get clarity and every time, I’ve either been ignored or given more vague, empty responses. Now, after realizing that self-publishing was a mistake (because no reader ever searches for new titles among the newly released books on platforms like Amazon), I’ve been pursuing traditional publishing instead. I’m currently negotiating with a legitimate publisher, and one of the most important requirements is clarity on my copyright status. For the past five days, I’ve contacted this company every single day, and they continue to avoid my questions entirely. This level of silence and avoidance, especially at such a critical moment in my career, has raised serious concerns. I entrusted this company with a manuscript that I spent years of my life writing, and now, when it matters most, I’m left with zero information and a cloud of uncertainty over the legal status of my own work.
