Working with agent Tiya was very easy
Working with agent Tiya was very easy and her customer service is exceptional. She was quick in finding tickets and also assisted us in canceling a booking and getting us a full refund. It is also easy to reach other agents in Bookotrip.com in case the agent you worked with is not available temporarily - you get the same good customer service.
