I love book of the month. They’re not getting a five star only because the new app updated makes it more difficult to find books. I cannot easily see the older books, or the new for the month but not monthly books either.

I really like the affordability of the books! The shipping cost being free is a huge help and the cost of the credit is excellent compared to Modern bookstore prices, unless you buy secondhand. One thing I do not like as much are the books themselves. I've yet to provide feedback on the books because I am not as excited about their contents as I wish I were. A lot of the books seem to be aimed towards a millennial audience. Despite the books being from different authors, publishers, genres and so much more I find that they are similar in terms of how they are described. Anytime I have needed to reach out to book of the month regarding a charge / fee or any questions about my subscription I have been given helpful information!

I wish there was a book every other month option because they do pile up on me and then I need a break, but I enjoy the selections and the reader summaries. I feel like it's like getting a book rec from a friend, and they're dead accurate in their assessments. Best book subscription on the market imo.

I am a BFF Status. . I use to love BOM. Lately there has been issues with my shipping. The books would come weeks later. I ordered my April/2026 box this month and my box has not shipped yet, and it’s time to pay next month subscription. But yet they took the payment. They told me it was one of the books I ordered that was popular. I guess they can not keep up with the demand of popular books and deliver. I am thinking of cancelling my subscription after two years. I do like the books. Just not the shipping time. UPDATE: I did get a reply from BOM and my box shipped immediately. Thanks for that. Hopefully they will work on the shipping times and find out why it takes me so long to get my books. Thanks

These books are simply amazing and I love them all. My shelves are filling up and I love to see it. This was the best decision I made during COVID and have been a loyal member since. The books ship quickly and always come with a bookmark.

On the first book, I really couldn't get into.The second book is excellent.I can't keep my eyes out of it.The third book I never received a third book.Because I never received email asking me to order the next book which I would have maybe they can do it now

I love this service, but not the options. I’ve skipped 2 out of the 4 months I’ve been a member because the only books available were the erotic/romance novels that are super popular right now; the ones with the super colorful, cartoony covers. More genres would keep me as a customer.
