VERY SLOW AND LOUSY SERVICE AND MANY ERRORS ON MY AIR TICKETS. I REALLY HATE IT!!!!! WHAT IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT TRUE. HATE IT

I paid for 3 flight reservation to “Booking reservation for visa”: Departure from Bucharest to Brussels on 18.10.2023 and returning from Brussels to Bucharest on 21st of October. They sent me one reservation from Dhaka to Bangkok. I have tried to reach them via email, live chat and phone. I could not get any answer. We have visa appointments tomorrow morning.

Will never recommend anyone to use BRFV Make wrong itinerary couple of times, imagine the competence of the service. Don't answer phone and chat box when the customer really need their support. They refused to refund the amount. A big NO to BRFV.

These are Scammers, dont believe any of the posts thats say they are good as its complete lie. They have provided me with all the bookings for hotel and flights and just 2 days after submitting my application at the embassy everything disappeared no booking anymore and everything was cancelled, I have been trying to reach to them for 2 days they are ignoring me (although they promot urgent in 8-12 hours). This is absolutely disgusting my visa will get refused because I depended on a scam website. DONT DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR VISA THESE ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS. The phone number they have is not working and they dont respond to anything

I have been trying to get in touch with anyone, emails, phone numbers, online chat not working. My travel itinerary is expired a day after my visa appointment. Can someone please give a number that works?

I won't recommend their service i asked for hotel reservations in Paris and got another city and when asked to change it they sent me one only to find out it will be cancelled within 24 hours because the credit card they use wasn't valid then the third time sent reservation still not in the city i asked for saying they don't have vacant hotels in paris at this time when i ask for refund they send me link of refund policy there no where mentioned on the website that I will get reservations for hotel in different city if "no vacant hotels" the city i asked for are. Worst experience never using this site services again ever

Got my German visa application rejected due to a non-verified hotel booking purchased from BRFV. On their website, it is clearly mentioned the bookings are verifiable, and during the chat and emails, I clearly mentioned the consulate where I am applying my visa for. In a response to my email, they said it is not their responsibility as the embassy needs a pre-paid hotel booking, Cmon, for what you are charging the customers thn? DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS SERVICE.
