Not responding to email or live chat query.

The reservation I paid for 2 days ago is yet to be fulfilled. They sent over an invalid booking that could not be validated on the airlines site, and left my partner's name off the reservation. Contacted them via chat and email, and kept getting the same generic responses. The phone number listed on their site is tied to a few other sites offering the same service. Absolutely horrendous scam, pretty sure the positive reviews here are either written by bots or paid agents

Very unprofessional service. I highly do not recommend them. They make many mistakes and never read the additional information you provide, which is a waste of time. If you send them an email, they will read it but either not reply or take forever to do so. They also do not send any confirmation for payment and form submission.

Poor experience with this company. Do not use, they made a mistake on my itinerary booking and I requested them to fix their own mistake. They send me an email blackmailing me to leave them a review first. There you go, here is my honest review.

No response despite stating that they deliver flight reservation in 1-3 hours typically and 8-12 hours rarely. I signed up for this service after hearing really good feedback about them on a Facebook group. However, they failed to comply with what they state on the website (both delivery timeline and 7/24 hour customer service) Also, they never send a confirmation email upon after filling out the form and making the payment which also makes you wonder whether they will deliver or not.

I selected 2 hrs delivery on Friday, today is Monday afternoon and until now i have not receive any reservation—no response to emails or calling the phone number provided. this is no at all what was written while ordering the flight reservation.

the itinerary was not followed. They can't be reached 24/7 which is in contrast to their slogan. Very poor service!!!

The reservation became invalid in less than 24 hours, completely failing to meet the promised conditions. This experience was not only frustrating but also raised serious concerns about the service's reliability and honesty. I strongly advise against using them; their failure to deliver on basic promises suggests a lack of professionalism and trustworthiness.
