They charged me 15 usd for a flight reservation, I was applying for a Schengen Visa and they sent to me the incorrect return flight I don't recommend to use this company for travel arrangement purposes

I paid, I got an itinerary. I went to the airline to check with the reference number they provided, the booking cannot be found. In their website they said they can be reached 24/7/365. I called them and tried live chat function... NOTHING... So you can decide for yourself. Pretty sure all the 5* reviews are fake.

I needed to create a dummy flight ticket for my Schengen visa application. This website appeared to offer lower prices compared to other websites, so I decided to use their service. In their confirmation email, they promised to send the tickets within 1-2 hours. However, the tickets did not arrive until I contacted their online customer service. Even then, the ticket I received had the wrong outbound date! This issue occurred less than 20 hours before my visa application deadline. I had to contact customer service again, but they did not respond despite me sending them numerous messages. Although it is a legitimate site, I will not use their service again due to their slow response times, careless service, and poor customer support.

SCAM & FRAUD They even don't deserve a single star. Scam & fraud. They took my payment and no response Tried calling them , chat email but no response. Stay away from them!!!!

I prep booked my hotel with this company and was told I will receive my booking confirmation in two hour but that never happened. I paid twice for the same thing and still have not received anything. I called, emailed as well as chatted with the live chat team but no response on the chats as well. I'm really not happy and requesting a refund but no response

They're probable scam. I've purchased the iternary for schengen visa today for my interview on 19th July, i got in two hours but all wrong flights booked, nothing like what i ordered. Now they're not replying back to email. Phone and chat bot options don't work. I won't refer them to anybody. No i'm worried spending the money and not getting things done.

IT'S FAKE AND SCAM ! I have make the purchase on 15th July and nothing has been received until today, although they claimed my flight itinerary will received within 2 hours ! Tried to chat with them but no response, emailed them also no reply !!
