I placed an order for two travelers with the following details: departure from Amman on June 6th, 2025, to Amsterdam, and return from Amsterdam on June 16th, 2025, to Amman. However, the confirmation showed an incorrect departure date of June 5th, 2025. I attempted to contact them for a correction via chat, phone, and email, but received no response. Consequently, I booked another ticket, only to encounter the same date issue. When I requested a refund, it was denied, and I received new tickets a day later, after I had already purchased tickets from a different provider.

I made order for 2 travelers with this details Departure from UAE – Sharjah (20 June 2025) – To Trabzon – Returning from Trabzon (26 June 2025) to UAE – sharjah i received it with wrong departure date (02 June 25) and tried to reach them to change it i got no answer on any (chat-phone-email) and when trying to check the booking on the airline website nothing come

They say waiting time is 1-3 hours .Live chat nobody replies . Contacting them the whole day and till now still waiting ! Guys if you need your dummy ticket to be rush avoid this website !

I have booked multi city tickets for 2 people and paid extra charges for same. But they sent round trip tickets and after when I mailed them they are saying they can send only round trip tickets and after sending 3-4 reminders they are replying Worst customer service

Liars! It says I’d receive my ticket within 1-2 hours. It’s been 7 hours and nobody even replies to my chat and email! Terrible experience!

Terrible! 7 hours late, the booking is wrong and when I called the support number the guy was messing around and very rude. No one was answering the live chat either. This is scam!

I paid for my reservation on 19th Jan and received the booking reference on 20th Jan. Upon checking the booking ref it was working fine. The second day (21st Jan) the booking was no longer available the same day I received an SMS that my visa is under process by the consulate. The 14+ days is a lie. I called the airline and they said that the agency just withheld the booking for couple of hours till I checked the booking ref and then they didn’t pay for the reservation causing it to be cancelled straightaway. The airline has all the logs and I believe them. Now I don’t know what’s going to happen with my visa application but I can tell you to STAY AWAY from these SCAMMERS. They didn’t reply to my emails and I had to dispute against them through AMEX. STAY AWAY from these SCAMMERS!

Stay away from this site..I had ask for a reservation to Germany from Cuba but also a flight from Montreal to Cuba . They gave me a reservation from Montreal to Germany which is completely useless to me and I explained this without an answer from the company anymore , total silence
