Service is fast that is what I experienced. However, I found out that the date I have to correct for my returning is error, immediately I send email to informed my concern. After a couple of hour I received my itinerary and found out both date are incorrect suppose to be my itinerary Departure on June 27, 2024 and returning July 01, 2024. What I received is Departure July 01, 2024 and Returning Aug 01,2024. Please I am for the correction of my itinerary.

This is a reliable service. They provide you with flight and hotel bookings for visas and they are quite quick/good at replying to emails and messages via chat. I only had an issue with their service: the validity of their booking is sometimes really short (e.g. 5 days) and it can impact visa application process as often the process takes 2-3 weeks.
