I’ve used BRFV a couple of times in the past two years for my visa applications and their services have been great. They have also responded promptly to their chat messages and provided help as needed. However, my last experience in August with the team has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. The team has been unreachable via chats and my reservation that should be valid for 14 days has already been cancelled. When I finally contacted them via email, they requested I put in a review before they can update my reservation.

Fake, no response. Try their chat bot. No response there as well. Update: I finally got the verifiable itinerary after 12hours. I will further update for how long the itinerary is valid for verification. Final Update: I finally got the visa

I have quite good experience with customer service twice. They showed quite prompt response. Helped in the first time when itiniraries were delayed, also with dates amendment in 2nd time. not yet tried in visa centre itself hope it will go well.
