The hotel reservation was inappropriate and I asked for a correction. Although it was advertised that up to 4 corrections are possible, they just didn't reply on my emails. Re: they lie in their reply. Only contacted me after I posted the review and asked to remove it. Ofc there were no spam issues at all. Be careful when you see a lot of positive reviews about this company, it looks like they care about them more, than about their customers.

They have cost me my visa! I chose to believe the good reviews on here before getting my reservation but I was wrong. They say their reservation last two weeks but it's FALSE. The day I submitted my documents to the embassy (5 days after purchase), I checked and the reservation was no longer valid. I wrote them an email and they never got back to me. My visa has been refused and the reason was that my documents were not reliable. If, like me, you're reading reviews before deciding. DON'T book with them!

Don't ever try to click on their website.They are pure scam and cheat.I don't know why they are allowee to be rated on trustpilot. They gave me fake air ticket and the embassy rejected my application to submit. I even don't allowed to submit. Be ware specially if you are submitting for Shengen Visa,you are loosing every thing including your que you waited for long.I travel 6 hours train to visa center, lost it because of this company. I,immediately, let them know but they asked me for proof which I don't have because I am not allowed because of their fake ticket. Save your money and yourself from scammers. Update for your reply. You people keep deaf in purpose keep asking me the proof.I am not only rejected because of your fake ticket,even I am not allowed to submit my application so there is no rejection letter. Your second point is you said you attached me a screenshot shot as a proof.As you said me it won't be proofed on computers and only on cellphones, which the embassy won't do it.Even if it is true the application center is not my salon that can I visit when ever I wanted. Once my slot is expired I am not entitled to re enter. In summary, I am not begging you to refund my money you stole, just to remind millions of trusted clients to wake with whome they are dealing,they might booking travelling hundreds of kilometers, or longing to visit someone beloved but because of cheat companies their efforts and dreams might be derailed. How much tried to lie,it won't change your scam status. I just challenge trustpilots to remove scam companies from their ratings as it is the reason for my disappointment.

Hello, i wanted to make a reservation for the visa of my girlfriend. And it's honest review, just avoid this one. He mistake 60% of the ticket, wrong date, wrong airplane. Even the appareance look not real at all. So i wanted to contact for change, the live chat not answer, the live chat too. If you check the adress on google map it's nothing there, it's just residential neighborhood :/. And the "testimonial" is 100% fake too, look at the names, it's a parody.

Would have rated it ZERO if I could. This company is NUTS. They're total SCAMMERS. Avoid at ALL COSTS!!!! Not only you won't get your reservation in time, you'll also spend forever trying to get your money back. Whoever replies via chat speaks gibberish. Their English is completely broken. Best of luck translating. Horrible experience. Never again in a million years.

NO ONE ANWERS THE PHONE, NO ONE ANSWERS THE CHATS AFTER TRYING SEVERAL TIMES. THEY MADE A MISTAKE ON MY RESERVATION... WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! SCAM!

It took 7 hours to receive a booking. They promised that it will take 2-3 hours. Unresponsive on chat once you make the payment. Stay away!
